What a fantastic job Jesus did on our badly strained carpet. Another carpet cleaner came just three weeks earlier, it looked great for a few hours and all the stains returned. Heaven’s Best knew exactly what the problem was and he was able to get 99% of the stains out. I’m just sorry that I hadn’t taken a photo before so I could show what a difference he made. Jesus came out to our home treated all of our pets stains and steam cleaned our carpet, an area rug and also treated a spot on one of our patio cushions. He did an amazing job, and the house smelled like fresh citrus. I wish I had taken a before pictures, but the after show how the carpet looks brand new. We highly recommend using him, we will definitely be scheduling a once a year cleaning.

We've now hired these folks to not only save a brand new carpet from a nasty stain, but to: clean and seal grout on tile throughout the house; clean and reseal granite countertops and clean and seal a shower surround. Fantastic job! Our church carpet at First Baptist Church Sun City West looks wonderful. Heaven's Best took a normal two day job and finished in one day working about 11 hours straight. 

The carpet cleaning that was done was phenomenal. It was one of those situations where we didn’t think it could actually look new again. Only regret is that we didn’t do it a long time ago.

Heaven's Best NW Valley is probably the best local franchise that we've used since we moved to Surprise over 10 years ago. They cleaned all of our outdoor furniture (metal and fabric cushions). They also cleaned 3 wool area rugs. They did an excellent job and were very nice and very accommodating. I would Highly recommend them.

Jesus cleaned a 20 year old carpet and made is look almost new again. The traffic pattern and my pets accidents with urine and diaariah made it a real challenge. through ChatGPT, searching for a quality carpet cleaning service in the Surprise/Sun City West area for a good price. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to schedule the exact day that I needed the following week for a one-time, move-out carpet cleaning service. An email was sent to me the day I spoke to them for confirmation and a text was sent the day before as a reminder. This company accepts basically every type of payment from Venmo to cash, except for credit cards. Price is given ahead of time.
We needed 4 bedrooms + 1 walk-in closet cleaned with extra pet spot stain remover in 1 bedroom. Our total cost was $304.
Jesus was scheduled to clean our floors. He was wonderful - extremely thorough and helped my husband out with some carpet questions. The job took about 4 hours, exactly as they told us on the phone call. The carpets looked amazing afterwards! We have kids and pets that really dirtied the carpets over 2 1/2 years.
The house smells great. There is a citrusy smell that isn't too overpowering. I'm sensitive to chemicals and I was able to walk through the house after treatment. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

My carpets look brand new… and they were soiled, extremely dirty in walking areas and also had red candle wax in one area… and now all rooms look like new carpets ! The candle wax is gone! I highly recommend this company and Mr Hernandez.

Jack is Heaven's best! Hard and good work, straight forward on price and very affordable compare to most, friendly with a smile and great love and care for his work. You will not be disapointed. Oh, also love his method: not wetting my carpets to death but vacuming them well then using wet rugs to wash them, taking care of all stains and oders, leaving my house smelling great!
